Order a Prepaid Support Plan (or refill your current plan)

Support includes any technical assistance within our realm of expertise, and the prepaid plans are not based on any time frame. All support is provided via our help desk, and there is no expiration date on our Prepaid Support Plans.

If we cannot resolve your support request or if it is outside the scope of what we can consider "support", then it does not get counted against your quota. Items such as graphic design, custom programming, and search engine marketing are not generally considered "support." In those cases, you will be provided with a personalized cost estimate for those services.

If an item such as a bug or technical problem is found to be our fault, you are not charged a support incident.
